Returns Policy

We want you to love everything you receive from Milestone Moments. If something isn't quite right, here's how we handle returns.

Our Returns Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, with the Milestone Moments ribbon seal intact and the branded tag still attached.

The Ribbon Seal and Branded Tag

All bags, shoes and veils are sent with a Milestone Moments ribbon seal and a branded tag attached. Both must remain intact and in place for a return to be accepted. Once the ribbon seal has been removed or cut, or the tag has been detached, we are unable to accept the item back. This is in place to ensure that all our products reach their new owners in perfect, unworn condition.

How to Return

To arrange a return, please email us at natasha@yourmilestonemoment.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will send you a Royal Mail QR code by email. Simply take this to your nearest Post Office or Royal Mail drop off point where they will print and attach your label free of charge. The cost of return postage (£3.95) will be deducted from your refund amount. Returns sent without an approved QR code from us cannot be accepted.

Bundle Discounts

If you purchased items as part of a bundle deal and wish to return one item, the bundle discount will be recalculated. The item you keep will be charged at its full individual price and the difference will be deducted from your refund. For example, if you purchased a bag and shoes as a bundle and return one item, the remaining item will be charged at its standard full price.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you've received something that's faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, we're so sorry. Please get in touch within 14 days and we'll arrange a free return and a full refund or replacement, whichever you prefer.

Made to Order and Personalised Items

Items that are made to order or personalised are non-returnable unless they arrive faulty or incorrect. This includes items from our Heirloom Collection.

Refunds

Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 working days back to your original payment method, minus the £3.95 return postage cost. You'll receive an email confirmation once this has been done.
